I found an extra copy of The Adventures of Tintin collection 8 which includes

• The Castafiore Emerald
• Flight 714 to Sydney 
• The Adventures of Tintin and the Picarosas  
• Tintin and Alph-art containing initial sketches and storyboards of Herge’s comic.

Remember that female character in that animated TV show you used to watch as a kid/game you are currently playing.

Chances are Grey DeLisle is that voice. From Azula (A:TLA) to Catwoman (Arkham City) she provided that voice.
